The book contains expert articles by Vitaly Ivanov written in 2005–2007. The author claims adherence to the cohort of custodians and anti-revolutionaries, i.e. he is a down-the-line advocate of the power that be who upholds the rightist views inimical both to the leftism and the liberalism. He does not make any effort to hide his bias but on the contrary is emphasizing it all along.
