The demand that one thing or another should be done « by rights » accompanies us everywhere, exciting thoughts, justifying vengeance, getting us involved in bargaining , substantiating the power of authority , expressing the world view . At the same time, there is probably no other conventional category that would be so seldom challenged . Andrei Ashkerov, a well-known philosopher, the youngest Doctor of Philosophy in Russia, reflects on the phenomenon of justice, bringing it out of the shadow of the law , in which justice has stayed for many centuries . The puzzle of justice is that it does not only take the law under its jurisdiction but also deprives it of its most essential basis . This is why in the world based on the principle « The thing does not exist unless it has the right of existence » justice is forced to assert itself against all established lifestyles.
