A regular and not so well-informed person is likely to suspect that he is reading fake policy guidelines fabricated by America’s foes. However, not only experts on the matter but also regular readers of American newspapers will recognize it as a condensed, unmasked exposition of the only too real political doctrine of US hegemony. Such nonsense as international law does not matter! With the possible exception of Israel the opinion of NATO allies is irrelevant. Iran, Pakistan, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela and North Korea are to be liberated and made happy by any means. The tactical details may vary from country to country but the overall strategy is the same: constructing the enemy image, estimating its meager resistance capabilities, conquering it and making people happy. Some of the scenarios in the book are already being implemented.
