Paydiyev Leonid
Graduated from Leningrad University in 1979. Candidate of legal sciences.
Worked at the Leningrad Institute of Economics and Finance as well as for the Planning Committee and the Financial Administration of Leningrad on research and development works. Was engaged in solving problems of local budgets income base stability and complex strategies of regional development.
March 1990, elected to the Leningrad City Council, where he occupied the position of deputy chairman of Budget Committee and after that became division head in the administration of property.
November 1991, doctoral candidate at Leningrad Institute of Economics and Finance and an employee of the governmental financial settlements center of the energy market .
March 1992, head of demonopolization sector, privatization and new economical structures development of the Russian Ministry of Economics.
In 1994 this sector has been reorganized into an authority. He worked on the questions of privatization, demonopolization, securities market, insurance, nongovernmental pension capital funds and mortgages.
