PhD in philology, professor, head of informational policy department at the National Academy of Public Administration of the President of Ukraine, head of marketing department at the International Solomon University, author of over forty books, among them: «Public relations for professionals», «Imagelogy», «Informational wars», «Psychological wars», «Informational politics», «Strategic analysis», «Strategy», «Information and disinformation», «Propaganda and counterpropaganda», «Semiotics», «Russian semiotics» and other. Lectured at universities of Russia, USA, Germany, Austria. Is a member of the Writers Union, author of over twenty books for children mainly in fantasy genre.
Worked as head if international communications and public relations department at Kiev National Institute of Foreign Relations named after Taras Shevchenko and as manager of Strategic Initiatives Bureau of the Ukrainian Presidential Administration.
