PR manager/analyst in projects of Moscow Representation of the Russian Carbon Fund.

1997-1999 studied at History and Philology Faculty of the Russian State Humanitarian University. After that he received grants that enabled him to acquire in 2001 the degree cum laude (BA) in modern history and, subsequently, in 2004 the magisterial diploma in international relations (international energy policies) from Oxford University, UK. He also completed education course on financial and economic analysis of investment projects in the Academy of Oil and Gas named after Gubkin in 2005.
In 2003 Zaslavsky worked as analyst at Access Industries, LLC. Mr. Zaslavsky began his work at the Russian Carbon Fund in September 2004.
Apart from main occupation Mr. Zaslavsky is contributing on a free-lance basis to a number of publications writing articles in issues of international energy policies and Kyoto Protocol.
